In our work, we put great focus on one thing - the welfare and education of your child. In order to properly encourage your child's personal and academic development, we employ people who are mature, warm and nurturing, who understand child development and can apply their knowledge in the classroom.  We seek employees who, first of all, love children but also who possess integrity, honesty, and who value working as a team with parents, colleagues, and volunteers.

Our teachers are selected for their commitment to children's learning and possess a level of expertise to fulfill that commitment. Every lead teacher is in possession of degrees or working toward that degree, CDA's, and/or has taken advanced coursework in early childhood education.  Each staff person has references and has had a comprehensive background check and has been fingerprinted to ensure they are free of felonies and child abuse/neglect charges.

Our staff is trained in infant, child, and adult CPR and First Aid and has completed blood borne pathogen training. Our infant and toddler caregivers receive training about shaken baby syndrome and safe sleep practices.  Every staff person also attends 16 hours or more of annual training in continuing educational and professional development.
